FAQ

What area do you service?

We’re based near the MD/PA border (York County) and frequently photograph in York County, Harford County, and Baltimore County. Travel within 45 minutes is included with all sessions. We’re happy to travel beyond that—reach out for custom rates!

What happens if the weather’s bad?

We always aim to keep your scheduled session if the weather allows—light rain or snow can be beautiful! If conditions are stormy, windy, or unsafe, we’ll reschedule or apply your payment as a credit toward a future session within one year.

Do we help with styling or planning?

Absolutely! Every client receives a Client Experience Guide, a seasonal wardrobe style guide, and personal styling support via email, text, or DM. We’ll help you choose the perfect location and outfits so you feel comfortable, confident, and fully yourself.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Turnaround time depends on your package, but we typically send a sneak peek within 3–5 days of your session. Full galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks, fully edited and ready to download.
